Cadet earns Impact Award at Promotions Ceremony

Valley Forge Military College held a promotions and awards ceremony on the main area Wednesday, November 19.
Congratulations to Cadets Nathan Sweet and Douglas McFarland on their promotions in the Corps of Cadets. Special Congratulations to Cadet Kiera Ferrier for earning the Impact Award.
The Impact Award recognizes a cadet who makes a powerful and positive difference in the Corps of Cadets and the campus community. This award honors individuals whose actions, leadership, professionalism, and daily example elevate the standards for everyone around them.
“Impact Award recipients don’t just do their job — they raise the bar, strengthen the team, and leave a lasting mark on VFMC through their character, work ethic, and commitment to excellence,” Senior College TAC Maj. Gabe Voumard said.
Cadet Ferrier is a sophomore from New York. She is the Cadet Regimental Executive Officer.
