Valley Forge Military College is a participating institution in the Grow PA Scholarship Grant Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA).
The Grow PA Scholarship Grant Program helps Pennsylvania students pursue degrees connected to high-demand occupations in the Commonwealth. Eligible students may receive up to $5,000 per academic year for up to four academic years, depending on enrollment level and available funding.

Basic Eligibility
- Be a Pennsylvania resident.
- Complete the FAFSA.
- Be enrolled at least half-time in an eligible associate or bachelor’s degree program.
- Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements.
- Complete the Grow PA application and Master Promissory Note.
Important Student Commitment
Students who receive a Grow PA Scholarship Grant must agree to live and work in Pennsylvania in an approved in-demand occupation after graduation. If a student does not meet the degree completion or employment obligation requirements, the grant may be converted to a loan that must be repaid.
