Select returning sophomores returned this past week to prepare for the arrival of the incoming plebe class. The cadets spent Leadership Week honing skills in leadership, discipline, communication, and other key attributes they will need to guide the corps for the 2026-27 academic year. This included a staff ride to nearby Valley Forge National Historical Park, a Revolutionary War encampment occupied by George Washington and the namesake of our school.

At the conclusion of the week, the leadership team received their new ranks from President Col Stuart B. Helgeson, USMC(Ret) and Commandant MAJ Jared D. Smith, Ed.D., USA (Ret.).
