Citizen Leader

Citizen Leaders are traditional college students who want a military school experience without the obligation of joining the military service. Citizen Leaders become equipped with the understanding and value of self-discipline, physical fitness, a daily schedule, leadership skills, and character development for everyday life.

At graduation, they are prepared to finish their degrees at a four-year college and go on to take rightful places as Citizen Leaders in government, education, and business.

• Structured Environment

  • Self-Discipline and Order: Cadets follow a daily schedule that includes classes, study time, physical training, clubs, and intramural sports that foster a sense of discipline.

•   Leadership Development

  • Leadership Roles: Cadets often have opportunities to take on leadership positions within their companies and the regiment, developing skills in teamwork and management.

  • Leadership Training: Programs often include leadership classes, mentorship, and opportunities to lead peers in various activities.

  • Character Development: This monthly speaker series provides cadets with the values, mindset, and overall of understanding of the fortitude it takes to develop their character through the use of the five cornerstones.

  • Challenging Curriculum: VFMC offers a demanding academic program, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills in various fields.

  • VFMC has an array of Associates degrees that will easily transfer to incredible 4 year programs post graduation, preparing students for careers in whatever field they seek.

  • Physical Training: Regular physical training is a key component, promoting fitness and resilience. Cadets participate in organized events, training, and intramural sports .
