Dr. Martoccia graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and College (’73, ‘75C) as 1st Captain, Regimental Commander. Following graduation, William went on to attend the University of Miami and then attained his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1991 from Life College. William has decades of leadership and experience in the healthcare sector, as both a clinician and a businessman. After his decision to retire from his chiropractic career, he took his knowledge and experience to a new career, real estate. As a dedicated alumnus for over 40 years, William strongly believes that his discipline and success are largely attributable to the formidable foundation set by Valley Forge. His long devotion to the Forge was recognized in 2018 when he was awarded the Outstanding Alumnus Award. He also served on the Board of Visitors from 1996-1997.
He maintains a close relationship with many alumni from a variety of decades, and using his connections and experience, he is enthusiastic about helping guide VFMAC through these changing times. William has been an active member of numerous charitable organizations, including The Wounded Warrior Project, for which he is most passionate. Bill enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
