New Cadet Checklist

Sign and return the acceptance of appointment to attend VFMC that was mailed to each cadet.

Provide a non-refundable $250 enrollment fee via credit card or check. A unique link was emailed to each cadet.

Complete and sign your online Enrollment Forms. The following forms were emailed to all cadets to e-sign.

1. Billing Contract
2. Housing Contract 
3. FERPA

Pay a refundable Housing Deposit of $250.00. A unique link was emailed to all cadets. 

If you are a resident of Pennsylvania, complete the Pennsylvania State Grant application.

Submit your final:

• Official high school transcript, documenting graduation
• AP Scores
• Official transcripts for all colleges or universities you have attended

No later than June 30th.

Cadets must complete the Health Form and have it signed by a physician before arriving on campus.

The following immunizations are required before arrival.

1. Meningococcal (Meningitis)
   The MCV4 Conjugate vaccine or MPSV4 Polysaccharide Vaccines are acceptable.  The brand names for the MCV4 Conjugate Vaccines are Menactra, Menveo, Menquadfi, MenHibrix or Penbraya.
2. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
   All newly enrolled or reenrolled students born after 1956 are required to show proof of two vaccinations for MMR.  
3. Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
   All newly enrolled or reenrolled students should have received Tdap within 10 years or Tdap older than 10 years and Diphtheria Tetanus (DT) within 10 years. 
4. Varicella (Chickenpox)
   All newly enrolled or re-enrolled students are required to receive two doses of the chickenpox vaccine.
