The MCAP Application is closed for the Academic Year 2025-26.

It will reopen on July 1, 2025 for the 2026-27 year. 

Please note that you will need the following items to fully complete the application.

• Proof of Citizenship

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (1 min or 3 max)

• Applicant Essay (500-600 words) -“Why I want to be an Army Officer”

• SAT or ACT Test Score

• DA 705 (ACFT Scoresheet)
• DA5500/5501 (Body Fat Content Worksheet)
