Legislative Social Media Toolkit

Keystone Scholarship & Military College Assistance Program (MCAP)

For Pennsylvania State Legislators and District Offices

 

This toolkit provides sample posts, graphics, and messaging language that legislators can use to help promote two statewide initiatives in partnership with Valley Forge Military College (VFMC) — The Military College of Pennsylvania™:

 

  • The Keystone Scholarship, which allows each legislator to appoint one student from their district to receive a $26,000 scholarship to VFMC.

  • The Military College Assistance Program (MCAP), a partnership between VFMC and the Pennsylvania National Guard that provides a virtually cost-free education in exchange for service to the Commonwealth.

 

Both programs are designed to make higher education more affordable and to develop the next generation of leaders from every corner of Pennsylvania.
