PRESIDENTAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
The Presidential Merit Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshman students who enroll full-time as a Citizen Leader at Valley Forge Military College and have demonstrated strong academic achievement in high school. This merit-based scholarship recognizes success in the classroom and helps make a VFMC education more affordable for qualified students.
Scholarship awards are based on a student’s cumulative high school GPA at the time of admission and range from $8,000 to $26,000 per year.
The Citizen Leader Pathway is the primary academic track for students who want a traditional college experience within a disciplined, leadership-focused environment—but without a military service obligation.
All eligible incoming freshman applicants who enroll full-time as a Citizen Leader at Valley Forge Military College are automatically considered for the Presidential Merit Scholarship as part of the admissions process. Transfer students are not eligible. No separate scholarship application is required.
